Experience
Kellie is a highly skilled trainer with 20 years' experience building the capacity of leaders and organizations. Kellie specializes in the guiding organizations through equity and inclusion initiatives . Kellie believes that while training is critical, sustainable change is only achieved through individual reflection, accountability, and building new connections. Kellie thrives in designing and delivering content in a myriad of subjects including organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and evaluation. Kellie a certified racial justice facilitator, and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Washington State University, as well as Master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Washington.

Types of Services
COACHING
Individualized, one-on-one coaching to support individuals in to identify roadblocks to their healing, growth and success such as self-limiting beliefs, untapped resources, and expanding ways of living and leading. Learn more here.
FACILITATION
Facilitation services are offered to organizations, teams or collaborations that may need an "outside" facilitator. Occasionally, organizational situations necessitate facilitation from a neutral party at meetings and events. Additional services include: recording minutes, capturing ideas and actions, and developing reports.
TEACHING
Coursework, lectures and syllabi have been developed for youth, college aged students, and adult learners in the following areas: multicultural education, pre-college and college writing, spoken word poetry, intercultural communication and leadership development.
TRAINING
Various types of training that range from workshops to retreats, and extended training series. Customized training curricula is developed based on client needs.
